Ori Yogev  
Ori Yogev
Chairman of Whitewater

Mr. Yogev, founder and Chairman of Whitewater and former Chairman of the Israel National Economic Council Advisory Committee, is one of the leading personalities impacting the Israeli economy. Over the last twenty five years, Mr. Yogev has held several pivotal positions in industry and government and is highly regarded for his vision and entrepreneurial outlook.

From 1997-2001 Mr. Yogev served as President and CEO of Bezeq International, Israel's leading international communications service provider, handling international telephony. While holding this position, he encouraged the entry of Internet services in Israel, turning Bezeq International into Israel's leading web service provider and owner of WALLA - the country's primary portal.  He also served as General Manager of Omni Food Brands (the Israeli franchiser of Domino's Pizza and Haagen-Dazs ice cream). Between the years 2002-2004, Mr. Yogev served as Budget Director of Israel's Ministry of Finance where he initiated numerous economic reforms. As one of Israel's foremost finance figures, Mr. Yogev administered the liquidation of Hasneh Insurance Company. In 2011, he was appointed Chairman of Israel Railways and its Advisory Committee.
 
Over the last six years, Mr. Yogev's foresight led him to open new frontiers in the world's water industry. As founder and President of Yogev Consultants Ltd., he represented Mr. John Gandel and the Australian Gandel Group, leading them into an era of enhanced value by purchasing major holdings in Plastro Irrigation - a world leader in the irrigation industry, with 75% growth within two years. This success was achieved as a result of organic growth as well as a series of Merger & Acquisition steps involving companies in Spain, France and Australia, until Plastro was acquired by John Deer in May 2007 with positive revenue results.

Mr. Yogev is also founder and Chairman of Waterfronts - Israel Water Alliance, an innovative NGO developing a platform to ensure Israel's position as a world class leader in advanced water solutions. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Jerusalem's Hebrew University.
Sagi Rubin
Chief Executive Officer, Galcon and control division

Mr. Rubin is an entrepreneur with extensive managerial experience in business development, marketing and sales. He began his career with Israel's Ministry of Finance and served as a state representative on the Board of Directors for Mekorot - the Israeli Water Company, and Afridar - Ashkelon's Housing and Developing Company.  Over the last 10 years, Mr. Rubin has held executive managerial positions in leading companies such as Partner Communications and Comverse Technologies Ltd. where he spearheaded a turnaround marketing strategy that increased annual sales by 1000% to $40 Million in two years.

Before joining Whitewater, Mr. Rubin was co-founder and CEO of LoftCity Ltd. the first online film studio. Under his management, the company built the biggest online studio for short film productions. Mr. Rubin has an MBA and BA in Economics and Political Science (with Honors) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
 
Dovev Lewinsohn

Chief Executive Officer, Whitewater Quality and Security Division

Mr. Lewinsohn is an experienced business professional who has a deep understanding of water resource management coupled with hi-tech and security expertise. He was General Manager of Hydromatic Ltd. (a subsidiary of Plastro Irrigation Systems), an international enterprise that manufactures and markets irrigation equipment, and has extensive experience in the security field. As a lieutenant colonel in a prestigious IDF division, Mr. Lewinsohn was in charge of an elite unit and played a leading role in the development, integration and management of advanced security tactics. A former employee of Comverse, one of Israel's leading hi-tech companies, Mr. Lewinsohn was part of the company's Operations Planning and Control Division.  Mr. Lewinsohn holds a B.Sc. in Engineering and Industrial Management from Tel Aviv University and an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from Bar Ilan University.
Netta Benari

Chief Financial Officer, Whitewater Group

Ms. Benari has an extensive diversified experience in corporate financing, funding (equity, debt), leading a various types of transactions, budgeting and business plan preparation. Serves as CFO of Whitewater and its subsidiaries: Whitewater Technologies Ltd. And Checklight Ltd, in charge of all financial activities, both at the parent company and subsidiaries. Previously to joining Whitewater, a Senior principal in Plenus Lending Solutions, an affiliate of Viola Group, are Israel’s leading equity-based debt funds, with over $320 mm under management, specialize in venture lending and mezzanine financing. Before joining Plenus, she served as Senior Vice President at Goren Capital Group handling large and medium scale transactions worth billions of dollars, and was a senior advisor in KPMG's Corporate Finance Division. Over this period, Ms. Benari advised her clients regarding the high profile privatizations of Bezeq (Israel's largest telecoms company), Bank Leumi and Israel Discount Bank, as well as transactions for Netafim, Veolia and ZIM.  She has played an advisory role for major BOT/ PFI projects including the financing of the Tel Aviv Metro, Solar Power Plants in the Negev and the massive desalination facility in Hadera. Ms. Benari is a certified accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University. She served in the Israel Air Force's Intelligence Unit.

Issey Ende

Chief Business Officer, Quality and Security Division

Mr. Ende is a senior corporate level executive, with a proven track record in global operations and business management and is an expert in Asian business culture.  He has a wealth of experience managing global sales, marketing and operations in the software solutions, semi-conductor and electronics manufacturing sectors.  Mr. Ende began his career in sales management and rapidly progressed to Executive VP Sales & Marketing at Eltek.  In this role, he drove worldwide sales and marketing strategy focusing on high-end PCB products for the electronics industry.  In 2003, Mr. Ende relocated to Shanghai where he served as President of Camtek China – a developer of AOI systems for the semiconductor industries – overseeing its mainland China sales and marketing activities. Prior to joining Whitewater, Mr. Ende was General Manager of NICE APAC in Greater China, taking overall responsibility for the company's regional operations. Conversant in Mandarin, he was a member of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce's steering committee in China.  Mr. Ende holds a BA in Management Business Administration from the University of Derby and served in the Israel Air Force.
Sari Razili
Chief Operating Officer, Galcon

Ms. Razili is CEO of Galcon Computerized Control Systems, and widely recognized for her ability to guide and oversee the production of complex, advanced technology systems. From 1968-1994, Ms. Razili held numerous managerial positions at Kibbutz Kfar Blum, including General Secretary of the Kibbutz, overseeing its domestic and economic affairs. As Galcon's plant manager from 1994-2002, she directed multi-faceted production lines, bringing Galcon to its present manufacturing capabilities. Ms. Razili has held the position of Galcon CEO since 2002.  She is also a member of the board of Tel Hai College in Israel's Upper Galilee region, and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Shain is responsible for Whitewater Security's project & product deliveries, production facility, purchasing & logistics activities and IT services. Prior to joining Whitewater, Mr. Shain served as P&C Director and Operations Director for Comverse - a global telecoms company. Mr. Shain has an MBA from the Israel Institute of Technology and a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Founder & Chief Technology Officer, CheckLight

Dr. Ulitzur has a profound understanding of present and future needs in water quality diagnostics, and has dedicated many years to the challenging task of turning lab innovations into commercial and user-friendly products. Before founding CheckLight in 2001, Dr. Ulitzur spent over 15 years in academic research. She received her B.Sc. (with distinction) and M.Sc. (with distinction) degrees from the Faculty of Biology at the Technion Institute, Haifa.  After concluding her Ph.D. thesis (with distinction) at the Department of Genetics at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, she conducted post-doctoral studies in the Department of Biochemistry at Stanford's Medical School. 
Asaf Yaari

General Manager, North America

Mr. Yaari has vast experience in the North and South American water technology industry and is currently responsible for Whitewater’s penetration to the US market. Prior to joining Whitewater, Mr. Yaari acted as founder and president of Puritec USA (later, Puritec-GES Group), a global water treatment company. Mr. Yaari holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the College of Business Administration of Tel Aviv.
